I saw this arrangement on a magazine cover and thought it was a simple yet beautiful display of the season. This was painted with acrylic on burlap showing two orange pumpkins and one white pumpkin sitting on a table with a blue vase full of colorful decorations.
I am a self taught artist. From early on, I have been involved with creating things. I could never have a blank piece of paper in front of me without doodling, drawing, coloring, marking or painting on it. I love color and everything you can do with it. I have no particular medium that I prefer most. I create what I feel. Art, to me, is what comes from the soul. If you can create from your soul, you have presented to the world what makes you happy. Hopefully, that happiness will make someone else smile. In past years, I have also dabbled in writing children stories, but the art bug bit and hasn't let go.
